Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Local Pickup (if applicable) – Free and available during business hours at [store address]

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).

Local Pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical location:

Please wait for an email confirming your order is ready before coming by.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us for a custom quote or to see if we can accommodate your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at orders@ourhousegames.com.  Certain trading cards will be shipped via USPS first class without tracking.

Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control (e.g., weather, holidays). We’ll do our best to communicate any known issues promptly.

Wrong or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at orders@ourhousegames.com with photos and order details so we can make it right.
