Return Policy
We want you to love every game you play. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.

Opened or used games are not eligible for return unless defective or incomplete.

In-Store Pickup Orders
Items picked up in-store follow the same return policy as shipped items.

Returns can be made in person at our retail location within 30 days of pickup.

Please bring the item, original packaging, and proof of purchase when returning in-store.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with missing components:

Contact us at orders@ourhousegames.com within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Include a description and photo of the issue.

We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return Process
Email us at orders@ourhousegames.com or visit us in-store with your return request.

For shipped orders, if approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (less any shipping costs unless the return is due to our error).

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Items returned in-store do not incur any shipping fees.
